WE Group can coordinate transportation as part of your destination wedding plan, connecting airport arrivals, hotels, event venues and return journeys when required. We help organize the schedule with the relevant transport provider; this is not a promise of an owned fleet or unlimited transfers.

For couples planning from abroad, the value is one connected guest itinerary rather than a collection of separate rides.

01 / Airport to hotel. Group arrivals by the confirmed airport, terminal, flight and accommodation. A landing time is not a pickup time: allow for arrival procedures, baggage and the agreed meeting process. Confirm waiting-time and delayed-flight policies with the provider.

02 / Hotel to celebration. Coordinate the ceremony, reception and any off-property events. Verify the hotel pickup point, venue entrance, passenger list, journey estimate and the time guests need to be seated, not just the ceremony start.

03 / Celebration and hotel departures. Plan return journeys as carefully as arrivals. Discuss an earlier departure for guests who need it and the final departure after the event. Airport returns should follow the airline’s check-in guidance and the provider’s route assessment.

Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the wider Riviera Maya are not the same pickup or drop-off point. The exact hotel entrance, venue access, stops, road conditions and travel time of day affect the itinerary.

Our recommendation is to confirm the route for your actual locations and add a realistic operational buffer. Do not build your ceremony schedule around the fastest map estimate or assume guests at different hotels can use the same pickup point.

Coordinate the route with your accommodation plan and wedding-day timeline.

• Passengers: party name, number of adults and children, a reachable contact and the assigned ride.
• Arrival: travel date, airline and flight number, confirmed airport and terminal, and destination hotel.
• Vehicle needs: luggage, child seats, mobility equipment and accessible boarding requirements.
• Event route: pickup location, departure time, venue entrance and return options.
• Exceptions: separate arrivals, changed flights, early departures and a responsible operations contact.

Collect only what is necessary and share guest information through an appropriate restricted channel. A public wedding page should not display individual flight details, room numbers or passport information.

Before booking, confirm vehicle and luggage capacity, private or shared service, one-way or round-trip scope, waiting time, additional stops, cancellation terms, taxes and any extra charges. Ask the provider to confirm the required operating permissions, insurance and vehicle features for the service.

For child seats and accessibility, a request is not a confirmation. Obtain the specific equipment and boarding arrangements in writing. Do not assume every vehicle can accommodate a wheelchair without transfer or a large mobility device.

Can one plan cover airport transfers and wedding shuttles?

Yes, those needs can be coordinated together. They are separate service segments, so confirm each route, passenger group and schedule rather than assuming one booking covers everything.

What happens if a flight is delayed?

The provider’s waiting and rescheduling terms determine the response. Before travel, confirm the contact process, flight-monitoring arrangements and any additional charges. Share schedule changes with the designated transport contact.

Can guests leave the reception at different times?

Discuss staggered return departures when planning the service. They require appropriate vehicles, staffing and timing and may change the quote.

How much does wedding transportation cost?
